Stuffed Sole with Imitation Crab

- 4 fillets Sole
- 8 oz Imitation Crab chopped
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped imitation crab, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Lay the sole fillets flat and place a generous amount of the crab mixture on each fillet. Roll up the fillets and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot with a side of your choice.
