Spicy Tuna Fish Sandwich

- 1 can Tuna drained
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
- 4 slices Bread toasted
- 2 leaves Lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
Spread the tuna mixture evenly on two slices of toasted bread.
Top with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
Cover with the remaining slices of toasted bread. Serve immediately.
