  • 1 lb Chicken Livers cleaned and trimmed
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the chicken livers in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Dredge the soaked chicken livers in the flour mixture, coating them evenly.
  5. 5. Fry the livers in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove the livers from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
