  • 2 cups macaroni cooked and drained
  • 1 lb shrimp cooked, peeled, and deveined
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper chopped
  • ½ cup red onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, shrimp, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
