Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to combine. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
