Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. 5. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet with shrimp. Pour egg and cheese mixture over the pasta, tossing quickly to coat the pasta without scrambling the eggs.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
