  • 2 Avocados diced
  • 2 Grapefruits segmented
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the shrimp in boiling water for 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, diced avocados, and grapefruit segments.
  3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
