Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Snow peas

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the bell pepper and snow peas, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well.
  6. 6. Pour in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
