Shrimp and Pineapple Stir-Fry
A quick and tasty stir-fry with shrimp and pineapple.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1 cup Pineapple chunks
 - 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
 - 2 cloves Garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
 - 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
 - 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 cup Snow peas
 
 
1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the bell pepper and snow peas, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well.
6. Pour in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
