Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb Scallops
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
1. In a food processor, blend the shrimp and scallops until smooth.
2. Gradually add the heavy cream while processing, until fully incorporated.
3. Mix in the chopped herbs, salt, pepper, and garlic.
4. Stuff the mixture into sausage casings using a sausage stuffer.
5. Cook the sausages in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
