Prawn Banh Mi Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
- 1 unit Baguette cut into 4 pieces
- 1 cup Carrots julienned
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- ½ cup Cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 unit Chili Pepper sliced
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Set aside.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook prawns until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the baguette pieces.
4. Layer prawns, carrots, cucumber, cilantro, and chili pepper on the baguette.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
