Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 1 unit Baguette cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • ½ cup Cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 unit Chili Pepper sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook prawns until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the baguette pieces.
  4. 4. Layer prawns, carrots, cucumber, cilantro, and chili pepper on the baguette.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
