Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Chopped Onion
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, beaten egg, chopped onion, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Scoop about ¼ cup of the potato mixture and drop it into the pan, flattening it slightly with a spatula. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  4. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
