Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 200 g Squid cleaned and sliced
  • 200 g Fish Fillets cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Fish Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  2. Add curry powder and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and fish stock. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add shrimp, squid, and fish fillets. Cook until seafood is just cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir in chopped cilantro before serving.
