Main Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
1. Boil the sweet potatoes in a pot of water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain the sweet potatoes and transfer to a mixing bowl.
3. Add the milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
