Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lump Crab Meat picked over for shells
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and salt. Mix gently to combine.
  2. Shape the mixture into 8 patties. Heat the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot.
