Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Lobster cooked and chopped
  • 12 oz Pasta your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • ¼ cup Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the cooked lobster to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. 6. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
