Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage mild or spicy
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 Bell peppers sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Tomato sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Remove sausages and set aside. In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
  4. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Return sausages to the skillet. Add tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
