Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add onions and cook until golden brown.
Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
Stir in curry powder and turmeric, cook for 2 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
Pour in coconut milk, bring to a simmer.
Season with salt and pepper, cook for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice and garnish with cilantro before serving.
