  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced about 3 cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using, and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
