- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ⅓ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced about 3 cloves
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped for garnish
In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using, and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
