A light and refreshing grilled shrimp salad perfect for a summer meal.

Salad Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber Cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
Add the grilled shrimp to the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
