- 4 pieces Lobster Tails
- ½ cup Melted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- optional Fresh Parsley, chopped
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center with a sharp knife. Pull apart shells slightly and season meat with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
Brush lobster meat with garlic butter mixture.
Place lobster tails on the grill, shell side down. Grill for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Remove from grill and brush with more garlic butter. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
