Grilled BBQ Shrimp with Citrus Corn Salad

Shrimp
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
Citrus Corn Salad
- 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 Red bell pepper diced
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and cooked through.
In another bowl, combine the corn, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Serve the grilled shrimp over the citrus corn salad.
