Fried Rice with Ham Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots thawed
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 green onion sliced
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside.
In the same wok, add the remaining oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the diced ham and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the peas and carrots, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, and scrambled eggs. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with sliced green onion and serve hot.
