  • 4 small slider buns
  • 2 fillets fish (cod or haddock)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • Tartar sauce

Instructions 

  1. Cut fish fillets into slider-sized pieces.
  2. Season fish with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge fish in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry fish until golden brown.
  5. Toast slider buns.
  6. Assemble sliders with fish, coleslaw, and tartar sauce.
