Main Ingredients
- 4 small slider buns
- 2 fillets fish (cod or haddock)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup coleslaw
- Tartar sauce
Cut fish fillets into slider-sized pieces.
Season fish with salt and pepper.
Dredge fish in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry fish until golden brown.
Toast slider buns.
Assemble sliders with fish, coleslaw, and tartar sauce.
