Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your choice of side.
