Dill and Shrimp Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and dill.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the shrimp mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
