Creole Crab and Corn Chowder

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 1 cup Bell Pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 cups Corn kernels
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 lb Crab meat
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the onion, celery, and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the corn kernels and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Stir in the heavy cream and crab meat. Season with Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
