Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 cups Corn kernels
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 lb Crab meat
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the onion, celery, and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the corn kernels and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the heavy cream and crab meat. Season with Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
