  • 1 cup Crabmeat cooked and flaked
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
  • 4 pieces Tortillas 8-inch

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and green onions.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the tortillas.
  4. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces and serve warm.
