Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Flounder
  • 1 cup Crab meat cooked and shredded
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley.
  3. Place flounder fillets on a flat surface and spoon the crab mixture onto each fillet. Roll up the fillets and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the stuffing is hot.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
