- 4 fillets Flounder
- 1 cup Crab meat cooked and shredded
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley.
Place flounder fillets on a flat surface and spoon the crab mixture onto each fillet. Roll up the fillets and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the stuffing is hot.
