Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Filet Mignon
  • 1 cup Crab Meat lump
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, melted butter, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  3. Season the filet mignon pieces with salt and pepper. Cut a pocket into each piece and stuff with the crab mixture.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the stuffed filets for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the seared filets to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until desired doneness.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
