  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup Crab meat cooked and shredded
  • ¼ cup Green onions chopped
  • ¼ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and cook until they start to set.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the crab meat, green onions, and cheddar cheese over one half of the omelet.
  5. 5. Fold the other half of the omelet over the filling and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. 6. Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve hot.
