Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
  3. 3. Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
