Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • ½ cup Green Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into 8 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
