Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Crab Meat fresh or canned
- ½ cup Green Onions chopped
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 large Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into 8 patties.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
