Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 2 pcs Soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 stalk Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  3. 3. Stir in shredded chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add baby spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. 5. Divide ramen into bowls. Top with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds.
