Cantonese Style Lobster
A delicious and classic Cantonese dish featuring lobster.

Main Ingredients
- 2 whole Lobsters cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger sliced
- 2 stalks Green Onions cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the cooking oil.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the lobster pieces and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they turn red.
4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well to coat the lobster.
5. Pour in the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
6. Add the green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
