BLT Salad Recipe
A fresh and tasty BLT salad that's perfect for any meal.

Main Ingredients
- 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 2 Tomatoes diced
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and diced tomatoes.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the lettuce and tomatoes, and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top of the salad and serve immediately.
