Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, combine shredded coconut and panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat each shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the coconut-panko mixture.
  6. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
