Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined medium size
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each shrimp in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. While shrimp is cooking, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
  6. Once shrimp is done, toss with the bang bang sauce and serve immediately.
