Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined medium size
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Bang Bang Sauce
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
Coat each shrimp in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
While shrimp is cooking, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
Once shrimp is done, toss with the bang bang sauce and serve immediately.
