  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
