Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Zucchini, grated
- 1 cup Crab meat
- 1 large Egg
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, crab meat, egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
2. Form the mixture into small patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
