Ingredients 

Wontons

  • ½ lb ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 20 pieces wonton wrappers

Soup

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. 3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add wontons and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
  4. 4. Add baby spinach, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pot. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
