Ingredients

  • 6 cups Lettuce torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 slices Bacon chopped
  • 1 cup Green Onions chopped
  • ¼ cup Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside, reserving drippings in skillet.
  2. 2. Add green onions to skillet and cook until tender.
  3. 3. Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Pour hot dressing over lettuce in a large mixing bowl. Toss until lettuce is wilted. Top with cooked bacon.
