Ingredients

  • 8 oz Crab Meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with crackers or toasted bread.
