Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, blend shrimp, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. 2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in cornstarch until well combined.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the shrimp balls until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
