Main Ingredients
- 500 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a food processor, blend shrimp, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in cornstarch until well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the shrimp balls until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
