- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper ground
- 1 Pie Crust pre-made
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the pie crust in a pie dish. Spread the chopped spinach, sliced mushrooms, and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese in the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
