Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Hearts of palm drained and chopped
  • ¼ cup Vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 pieces Hot dog buns toasted
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine hearts of palm, vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dill, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toast the hot dog buns until golden brown.
  3. Fill each toasted bun with the hearts of palm mixture and top with shredded lettuce.
