Instructions

  2. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened.
  4. Stir in cheese, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  5. Pour cheese sauce over toasted bread slices and serve immediately.
