- 1 lb Beef steak, thinly sliced
- 12 pieces Corn tortillas
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 1 cup Chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Marinate beef with lime juice, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
3. Cook beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
5. Assemble tacos with beef, onion, and cilantro.
6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
