Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine the onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Process until finely chopped.
  3. Add the ground lamb and ground beef to the food processor. Process until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  4. Press the meat mixture into a baking dish, making sure it is tightly packed.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing thinly.
