Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bolillo rolls sliced in half
  • 2 cups Shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Sliced avocado
  • 1 cup Sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Crumbled queso fresco

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Spread refried beans on the bottom half of each bolillo roll.
  3. 3. Top with shredded chicken, avocado slices, tomato slices, lettuce, and queso fresco.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on the top half of each bolillo roll and place on top of the sandwich.
  5. 5. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bread is toasted and the filling is heated through, about 5 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
