Instructions
1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and Thai chilies. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
5. Stir in fish sauce and lime juice. Adjust seasoning to taste.
6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
